Zakupmarket Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
- Return Window: Customers may request a return within 5 calendar days after receipt at Zakupmarket’s domestic warehouse.
- Condition: Goods must not yet be dispatched internationally.
Orders already shipped internationally are not eligible for return/refund.
2. International Shipping Confirmation

Photo Inspection:
Zakupmarket provides photo inspection of goods.

Customer Confirmation:
Customers must confirm before shipment.

Final Acceptance:
Once shipment is confirmed and international fees are paid, goods are
deemed accepted.
No return/refund allowed after international shipping confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
- Time Limit: Request after 5 days.
- Shipping Status: International shipping confirmed and paid.
- Customer Damage: Item damaged, used, or incomplete due to customer.
- Prohibited Items: Items prohibited by law (counterfeits, restricted goods).
4. Damage During International Shipping
- Carrier Responsibility: If goods are damaged due to carrier’s responsibility, Zakupmarket will assist in negotiation for compensation.
- Force Majeure: Losses caused by force majeure (customs, natural disasters, etc.) are not directly refundable by Zakupmarket.
Zakupmarket acts as intermediary for claims with logistics providers.
5. Return Shipping & Liability

Domestic Shipping:
If goods are damaged during transport from seller to Zakupmarket’s
warehouse, and customer confirms within 5 business days after warehouse
sign-in, Zakupmarket bears responsibility.

International Shipping:
After customer confirms photo inspection and pays international freight,
goods are deemed accepted and no returns/refunds allowed.

Late Requests:
Return requests after 5 business days, or where items are
damaged/used/missing parts due to customer, will have costs borne by
customer.
Refund amounts may be reduced by exchange rate differences, payment
processing fees, etc.
6. Request & Review Process
- Submission: Submit via ‘My Orders’ or support system with order number, reason, photos.
- Review Time: Zakupmarket support will review within 1–3 business days.
Include detailed photos and clear reason for return request.
7. Policy Changes
Zakupmarket may amend this Policy anytime; significant changes announced
on website/app.
8. Disclaimer on Counterfeit Goods
- Agent Role: Zakupmarket only purchases on behalf of customers and has no ability or obligation to verify authenticity.
- Dispute Resolution: Disputes or losses arising from authenticity must be resolved between customer and original seller/platform.
Zakupmarket bears no direct or indirect liability for authenticity issues.
