If false or inaccurate information is provided, Zakupmarket reserves the
right to suspend or terminate services.

- Privacy Commitment: Zakupmarket respects and protects user privacy. User information will not be disclosed to third parties without authorization.
- Limited Sharing: Information will only be shared when legally required or explicitly authorized by users.

4. Service Terms Rights

services at any time without prior notice.

Zakupmarket is only an agent platform and bears no liability for losses
caused by third parties, logistics, or force majeure.
8. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Zakupmarket provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted
availability, accuracy, or reliability.
9. Service Information Storage and Restrictions
- Account Termination: Zakupmarket may terminate accounts that violate terms.
- Copyright Protection: All site content is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without authorization.
10. Exclusion Clauses
- Product images may differ from actual items; the real product prevails.
- Shopping agent services typically take 6–15 working days; delays are not Zakupmarket’s liability.
- After-sales service must be requested within 72 hours of delivery.
- Zakupmarket is not responsible for failed deliveries due to user reasons.
- Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, drugs, tobacco, weapons, explosives, etc.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Policies are governed by and interpreted under the laws of
the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
