Domestic leg: Seller ships goods to Zakupmarket’s warehouse.

Warehouse inspection & confirmation: Goods inspected and photos taken, then notified to customer.

International leg: After confirmation and payment, Zakupmarket arranges shipment via logistic partners.

Customs & local delivery: Shipment cleared by customs and delivered locally.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Estimate

  • Domestic: 1–5 business days.
  • International: 6–20 business days or longer, depending on destination and customs.
Force majeure, holidays, and customs may cause delays.

3. Freight Calculation & Payment

  • International freight based on weight, volume, destination, method.
  • Payment at order or upon warehouse confirmation.
  • Discounts may apply under promotions.

4. Tracking & Status Updates

  • Tracking number provided after international dispatch.
  • Status updates at key stages: collection, exit, transit, customs, delivery.
Contact Zakupmarket if no updates for extended period.

5. Shipping Risk & Damage Compensation

  • Domestic damage: Customer files claim after warehouse sign-in, Zakupmarket responsible.
  • International damage: Logistics provider liable, Zakupmarket assists claim.
Force majeure losses not directly compensated by Zakupmarket.

6. Loss / Delay / Customs Issues

  • Lost parcel: Contact Zakupmarket/logistics for investigation & claim.
  • Customs retention/return: Customer must cooperate, may bear costs.
  • Delays not caused by Zakupmarket: handled case-by-case.

7. Liability Limitation

Zakupmarket not liable for losses due to force majeure, incorrect address, refusal, user changes, third-party issues.

8. Legal Compliance & Restricted Items

  • Zakupmarket complies with both sending and destination countries’ laws.
  • Prohibited: hazardous goods, drugs, tobacco, weapons, counterfeit items, etc.
Customer order = compliance commitment, liability on customer.

9. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Duties, VAT, excise borne by recipient.
  • Zakupmarket may provide customs docs, not pay taxes.
Failure to pay = parcel return/destruction, customer bears loss.

10. Inspection Scope & Limitations

  • Scope: appearance, damage, stains, size, model. Color/size tolerance not included.
  • Electronics: check appearance/accessories only, no power-on test.
  • If no obvious issues, assumed confirmed with seller.
If unfit for transport, order marked for return advice.
